Talent Acquisition Specialist
In this position, you'll play a key role in identifying and securing top talent and will contribute significantly to our recruitment efforts.

Our client is a Non-Profit organization that helps those in need find the right programs that can help them on their health and wellness journey.
Description
- You'll contribute significantly to our recruitment efforts by engaging with potential candidates and helping to grow a strong, skilled team.
- Your responsibilities will include posting job listings across multiple platforms, reviewing applications, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- You'll also handle interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Maintaining organized candidate records and tracking key hiring metrics will be part of your day-to-day tasks.
- You'll stay in regular contact with candidates, keeping them informed and providing timely feedback.
- Additionally, you'll assist with onboarding and support the completion of new hire documentation.
- As part of the team, you'll work together to refine and enhance recruitment strategies.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in large and small team environments.
