Corporate Paralegal

This role offers exposure to high-level corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal operations, and contract support. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of law firm and in-house experience and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This position is based in Miami, FL and requires onsite presence four days per week.

Description

• Support M&A activity from diligence through post-close tracking
• Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents
• Triage legal requests and route them appropriately
• Manage legal accruals and coordinate with internal finance and outside counsel
• Administer the team's eBilling system, including invoice management and vendor support
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for internal stakeholders
• Support ongoing legal operations projects and process improvements
• Manage department mail (incoming and outgoing)
• Take on additional ad hoc legal assignments as needed

Profile

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Paralegal certification
• 3-5 years of experience (law firm + in-house preferred)
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
• Proficient with legal research tools and tech platforms
• Experience in financial services is a plus
