Project Manager- Healthcare Construction
An established general contractor in Miami is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation healthcare construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to oversee complex, fast-paced builds while working with a respected firm known for quality and client satisfaction.

Our client is a reputable Florida-based general contractor specializing in healthcare, medical office, and institutional construction. With a strong presence across South Florida, they are known for steady growth, long-term client partnerships, a collaborative internal culture, and delivering high-quality projects within the healthcare sector.
Description
Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls.
Coordinate closely with field teams, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure all work complies with AHCA regulations, safety standards, and healthcare-specific requirements.
Oversee procurement, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor performance.
Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide leadership to project engineers and assistant project managers.
Profile
5+ years of experience managing healthcare construction projects in Florida.
Strong understanding of AHCA guidelines, medical facility requirements, and specialized healthcare systems.
Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar projects from ground-up to completion.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and solve problems proactively.
Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar.
