Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Portland should have:

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations and compliance standards on-site.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead project teams to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
