Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client communication.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and cost reports.
Profile
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Track record managing projects in healthcare, higher education, K-12, and large commercial builds.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
