Lead Interior Superintendent-Commercial General Contractor-DC

The Interior Super will oversee and manage interior construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate with teams and maintain project efficiency.

Description

  • Supervise and oversee interior construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
  • Provide progress updates and reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Profile

A successful Interior Super should have:

  • A strong understanding of interior construction processes and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Previous experience in the property or construction industry is preferred.
