Description

The Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will:

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to communicate updates and resolve challenges.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members and partners.

Profile

A successful Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction should have:

• 5-10+ years of experience running work start to finish
• A solid understanding of multifamily construction practices, methods, and materials.
• Proven experience in managing on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate with project stakeholders.
• A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, construction documents, and project schedules.
