Description

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and updates.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:
