Project Manager/Estimator - Sitework Contractor

The Project Manager / Estimator will lead the estimating process for new project bids and then transition into managing those projects through execution. You'll serve as the bridge between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and on budget.

Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for property construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any on-site challenges.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project updates and expectations.
• Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Support the preparation of bid proposals and contract negotiations.
