Project Manager - Subcontractor - NorthShore
The role of this Project Manager is to lead several projects at one time and be client facing. This role is based in Burlington and focuses on delivering high-quality projects while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Our client is a small-sized organization operating within the Business Services industry, specializing in construction projects. They are committed to delivering exceptional results and providing comprehensive services tailored to their client's needs.
Description
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deadlines.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
- Monitor project costs and implement measures to control expenses.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.

Profile
A successful Project Manager - Subcontractor should have:
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 4+ Years of Project Management experience
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure project quality.
- Be able to communicate with clients
- Experience within multifamily projects is ideal
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations.
