The Inside Sales Manager will lead sales efforts within the electronic sector, focusing on client acquisition and relationship management. This role is based in Tampa, FL area. and requires skills in prospecting new business, qualifying those companies, and closing sales.

Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and management teams at OEM, CEM, and EMS organizations.
  • Manage and grow an active customer base through consistent engagement and follow-up.
  • Conduct extensive prospecting, including cold calling and outbound outreach, to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Perform targeted research using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals, budgets, and objectives set by management.
  • Oversee incoming customer requirements and manage the full quoting process.
  • Coordinate all aspects of customer orders, including order management, fulfilment, and service support.
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain CRM data, quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central.

Profile

A successful Inside Sales Manager should have:

  • 3-4+ years of previous successful inside sales experience, specifically in the semiconductor or microelectronics industry, is required.
  • Outbound focus
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Committed to quality and customer service.
  • Ability to make proactive decisions and handle customer service-related issues.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central a plus.
  • Works well independently.
