Superintendent - Complex Interiors & Mission Critical

This privately held general contractor is known for delivering technically complex interior projects for repeat, long‑term clients. With a hands‑on leadership team and a reputation for professionalism and clear communication, the firm prioritises quality execution over high‑volume production.Description
- Lead all on‑site construction activities for commercial interior and tenant improvement projects
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and daily field operations
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and security requirements, including secure badging protocols
- Coordinate closely with project management, self‑perform carpentry teams, and clients
- Oversee one primary project at a time, with the potential to manage smaller concurrent scopes as needed
- Maintain clear documentation, site reporting, and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior fit‑out projects
- Proven exposure to high‑end interiors such as office, healthcare, government, higher education, SCIF, or technology environments
- Strong understanding of working in occupied, secure, or mission‑critical facilities
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening to obtain secure site badging
- Willingness to travel is a plus, but not required
