Description

• Develop and implement efficient production processes to improve manufacturing performance.
• Analyze workflow and identify areas for optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
• Monitor production output to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to the production team as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in the production area.
• Prepare detailed reports on production metrics, improvements, and outcomes for management review.
