Lead Superintendent - South Shore
Lead and oversee construction projects as the Lead Superintendent, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. This role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards in the construction industry.

Description
- Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively.
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage the scheduling and workflow of subcontractors and laborers effectively.
- Review and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Identify and resolve any project-related challenges efficiently.

Profile
A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
- Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with interpreting and working from blueprints and project specifications.
- A results-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Hold MA-CSL
- Proficient in Procore
