Description

• Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively.
• Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage the scheduling and workflow of subcontractors and laborers effectively.
• Review and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Identify and resolve any project-related challenges efficiently.

• Strong understanding of project scheduling, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Experience with interpreting and working from blueprints and project specifications.
• A results-driven approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Hold MA-CSL
• Proficient in Procore
