The Project Manager - Top 200 ENR Multifamily Developer - Charlotte will be responsible for:
Lead commercial construction projects from start to finish
Ensure project timelines and deadlines are consistently met
Collaborate effectively with all members of the project team
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and positive feedback
Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Profile
The Project Manager - Top 200 ENR Multifamily Developer - Charlotte should have:
Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience with a general contractor
Proven track record managing ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Familiarity with project management software is a plus
Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Professional, business-minded approach with strong representation skills
Local candidates preferred, though relocation will be considered
Job Offer
The Project Manager - Top 200 ENR Multifamily Developer - Charlotte will receive:
Base salary commensurate with experience, approximately $100,000-$140,000
Discretionary bonuses
Vehicle allowance provided
