Partner Recruiting Specialist | Legal | Hybrid in NYC
The Partner Recruiting Specialist will play a vital role in identifying and onboarding top-tier Partners across the firm's US offices. This position focuses on coordinating the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure seamless integration of lateral partners into the firm.
Experience recruiting within the legal industry is required. Prior legal recruiting experience with lateral partners is highly preferred.

Description
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for lateral partner candidates, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand recruitment needs and strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters, candidates, and industry contacts.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in creating and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

Profile
A successful Partner Recruiting Specialist should have:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices within the legal industry (required).
- Bachelors degree (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance in all recruitment activities.
