Description

• Manage and oversee end-to-end R&D projects in the cosmetics industry.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to ensure seamless product development.
• Lead communication across stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Monitor and report project progress while maintaining budget parameters.
• Apply technical knowledge in cosmetic science or chemical engineering to support product innovation.

Profile

A successful R&D Project Manager - Cosmetics should have:

• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.

• PMP certification or similar project management training is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree required
