Superintendent- Custom Homes

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes in the $10M+ range. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can deliver complex, luxury residential projects to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Description

• Manage all on-site construction activities from ground-breaking to final handover

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff while fostering strong working relationships

• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure job site at all times

• Proactively resolve issues, anticipate challenges, and communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and owners

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship is consistently achieved

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in construction, with a strong background in luxury custom homebuilding

• Proven track record managing homes valued at $10M+

• Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Deep knowledge of construction methods, high-end finishes, and specialty subcontractor coordination

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design intent with precision

• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
