Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for property construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project details.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure cost efficiency.
• Provide recommendations to optimize project budgets and timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and construction methods.
• Prepare and present cost analysis reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Profile

A successful Senior Estimator should have:

Job Offer

• Competitive salary range between $105,500 and $132,000 USD.
