Project Manager - Commercial Construction

A well‑established group of Palm Beach general contractors is seeking Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support their growing portfolios. This role offers the chance to manage complex commercial, hospitality, multifamily, or luxury residential projects while working with reputable builders known for quality and long‑term client relationships.

Description

• Manage ground‑up or large‑scale commercial projects through completion
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, PCOs, change orders, schedule updates, and documentation
• Lead subcontractor coordination, field operations, and project logistics
• Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, and field teams
• Drive quality control, finish detail, and multi‑phase project execution
• Mentor APMs and support staff as needed
• Represent the builder professionally as a client‑facing leader

Profile

• 5+ years of construction experience (PM/Sr PM)
• Proven track record with established GCs and solid project tenure
• Experience delivering country club, multifamily, hospitality, commercial, or luxury residential projects
• Strong RFI, submittal, change order, and documentation skills
• High attention to detail with experience on complex, multi‑phase projects
• Able to run projects independently with minimal handholding
• Clear, professional communication and clean reasons for previous job changes
• References in hand are a major plus
• (APM-track candidates with 2+ years APM experience also encouraged for junior roles)

Job Offer

• Project Manager: Up to $110,000
• Senior Project Manager: Up to $165,000
• $800/month vehicle allowance for Sr PM level
