Description

• Lead construction projects and supervise the construction team.
• Provide administrative and technical direction to ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule specifications.
• Act as a key leader within the construction project management team.
• Secure subcontracts and manage purchasing.
• Oversee monthly invoicing and approves subcontractor payments.
• Conductsweekly progress meetings.
• Ensure quality, production, and safety throughout the construction process.

Profile

• Experience working with intereriors, finishes, and remodel projects
• Proficient in Bluebeam and Procore
• 5-7 years of experience in the construction space

Job Offer

• Compensation based on experience ($85,000 - $115,000)
