Regional Territory Manager - West Coast - Luxury Goods
As the Regional Manager, you will be growing a luxury goods retail territory within a globally recognized fine jewlery brand. You also will be joining an organization with strong product heritage and visibility to leadership.

Description
Territory Management & Sales Execution
- Manage and grow a defined Midwest territory, partnering with retail accounts to drive sell-through, brand presence, and overall revenue performance.
- Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on optimizing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities within the region.
- Maintain regular in-person engagement through store visits, market travel, and industry events to strengthen relationships and support retail partners.
Account Development & Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term partnerships with independent jewelers, regional retailers, and select larger accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, supporting merchandising, product training, and in-store initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to expand product placement, improve performance, and increase share within existing customers.
Analytical & Strategic Planning
- Leverage sales data and reporting tools to evaluate account performance, identify high-potential customers, and prioritize time and resources effectively.
- Develop account-specific strategies based on performance trends, inventory movement, and market dynamics.
- Partner with leadership to align territory plans with broader commercial objectives and growth initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal sales leadership, account support teams, and marketing to ensure alignment on customer needs and execution.
- Support trade shows, showroom engagement, and periodic team meetings to drive collaboration and brand consistency.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, evolving environment requiring adaptability and strong communication across teams.

Profile
A successful Regional Territory Manager - West Coast should have:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or territory management within luxury jewelry.
- Experience within fine jewelry, watches, or other luxury retail categories.
- Familiarity working with independent retailers, regional chains, or wholesale distribution models.
- Exposure to sales analytics tools or reporting platforms to drive decision-making.
- Background in a fast-paced or evolving organization where adaptability is key.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage and grow retail partnerships over time.
- Comfort operating in a hands-on, field-based role with regular travel and in-person customer engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess account performance and develop data-driven territory strategies.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple accounts.
- Willingness to travel approximately 35-50% within the region.
- Valid U.S. work authorization.
