Quality Engineer l CNC Machining
This is a quality engineering opportunity with one of our clients experiencing amazing growth. This role will handle core quality engineering activity while supporting the companies mission to expand and support their growing customer base.
Client Details
Our client is a CNC Machined and Forged product manufacturer serving multiple industries including aerospace, heavy equipment, construction, automotive and agriculture. Operating in a 400,000+ square foot facility, they are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and consistently invest in their people and their operations.
Description
- Create and update control plans
- Help guide the quality department for better inspection procedures
- Handle PPAP and APQP activity
- Metrology activity
- Review engineering drawings and determine any design risks
- Work with CNC operators to ensure product quality
Profile
- Engineering degree preferred, not required
- 1-3+ years of quality engineering experience in metal fabrication, CNC experience required
- Knowledge of core quality tools
- Knowledge of PPAP and APQP processes
- Ability to handle FMEA
- Ability to develop control plans
- Experience handling customer complaints
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from 75,000-110,000 depending on experience
- 2-3 weeks of PTO to start
