Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring products move efficiently through every stage of the supply chain - from receiving shipments and managing inventory to fulfilling orders and optimising shipping processes. This role plays a key part in keeping operations smooth and cost-effective by coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, overseeing transfers between locations, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Description

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including receiving shipments, unloading pallets, and managing warehouse inventory.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate product transfers across facilities as needed.

• Manage order fulfilment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.

• Negotiate shipping rates and collaborate with carriers and vendors to secure favourable terms.

• Monitor shipments and swiftly resolve any transportation or delivery issues.

• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to align logistics with production and sales goals.

• Develop and implement efficient systems for warehouse layout, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Profile

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organised, and experienced in logistics and fulfilment for fast-moving consumer goods.

Job Offer

The salary range is 65k-70k
