Description
- Design, assess, and refine manufacturing workflows for intricate, high-precision parts.
- Set up, program, and operate 4- and 5-axis CNC machines for both prototype development and full-scale production.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to verify design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Perform simulations and validations to enhance and streamline production processes.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot production issues and boost operational efficiency.
- Apply process engineering software and CAD tools to create and document optimized workflows.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and internal quality management systems.
- Create and update comprehensive documentation, including setup sheets and detailed work instructions.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of practical experience with 4- and 5-axis CNC machining, including programming.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings and blueprints.
- Direct, hands-on experience using process engineering methods and simulation technologies.
- Skilled in using CAM software such as FeatureCAM, PartMaker, PowerMill, or Siemens NX.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or comparable CAD tools for design and drafting.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and related quality compliance practices.
