Description

The Assistant Super is responsible for:

• Assisting the Superintendent in managing day‑to‑day onsite operations on large/complex projects
• Coordinating & overseeing subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards
• Conducting daily jobsite walks to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall progress
• Maintaining & updating daily logs, reports, and site documentation
• Assisting with managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes
• Enforcing company and project safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
• Upholding company image / professionalism
• Onsite daily (CT projects)

Profile

The Assistant Super will have:

• 2-5+ years of on-site experience working on ground up construction projects
• Experience with Procore and other construction softwares
• Strong working knowledge of building codes, ordinances, and safety regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
