Project Manager - Light Industrial Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale commercial construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to manage complex builds in sectors such as Big Box Retail, Light Industrial, and Cold Storage. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

• Lead all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Mentor and support project teams, including Assistant Project Managers and field staff.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore experience preferred).
