Description

  • Lead projects from initial concept and preconstruction through final completion and turnover
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise
  • Ensure all work is performed to company standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
  • Conduct regular project meetings, site walks, and progress updates
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout materials

Profile

  • 6-10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role, ideally with a general contractor
  • Proven ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Multifamily and/or healthcare project experience preferred
