Commercial Construction Superintendent - North Jersey
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on a diverse portfolio of projects including ground-up industrial warehouses, pharmaceutical fit-outs, and commercial builds. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures quality, safety, and schedule adherence from project start to completion.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Enforce safety compliance, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure all work meets company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling, material procurement, and cost control.
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Conduct daily reports, maintain job logs, and provide progress updates to leadership.
- Lead project meetings and foster a positive, productive site culture.
