Description
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations on the job site.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Manage materials and equipment to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site personnel and stakeholders.
- Travel as needed to project sites within assigned regions.

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

- A willingness to travel regularly to various project locations.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary, estimated between $85000 and $95000 annually.
