Project Manager - Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Tampa, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex builds from planning through completion, ensuring excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.

A highly respected General Contractor with a strong reputation in commercial construction, delivering projects that set industry standards for quality and safety.
Description
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
- Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of ground-up projects and renovations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
- Familiarity with construction software and documentation processes
- Stable work history and strong tenure in previous roles
