Description

• Oversee daily on-site operations for high-end residential renovation projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and labor to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA and DOB regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, designers, and clients.
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and detail.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Manage inspections, deliveries, and logistics in occupied and unoccupied residences.
• Uphold the company's reputation for excellence and discretion in client interactions.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction, preferably in NYC.
• Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, DOB procedures, and luxury renovation standards.
• Proven ability to lead construction teams and manage complex job sites.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in occupied residences and managing client expectations.
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
• OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications a plus.
