Superintendent - Medical Facilities

As a Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site activities for medical facility projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience managing healthcare construction projects.

Description

• Manage day-to-day field operations for medical facility construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to Project Managers and stakeholders.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction; medical facility experience required.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards and infection control measures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software.
• OSHA certification preferred.
