Advanced Manufacturing Engineer | Torque
This role leads major torque‑monitoring and process‑technology initiatives, driving multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar capital projects to modernize and scale manufacturing operations. It serves as the organization's technical expert in torque monitoring, collaborating cross‑functionally to integrate new technologies and improve reliability, efficiency, and performance.

Description
- Lead major engineering initiatives focused on torque‑monitoring systems and advanced process‑technology integration]Manage multi‑year CapEx projects typically ranging from $5-10M, taking programs from concept through final production]Develop, implement, and optimize torque‑monitoring solutions that improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and power‑output performance
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for torque measurement technologies across manufacturing
- Collaborate closely with product engineering, operations, quality, and IT teams through each stage of project execution
- Evaluate new equipment and suppliers, engage in technical reviews, and support integration of new technologies into existing operations
- Lead indirect cross‑functional teams, driving alignment and execution without direct authority
- Support the broader Advanced Manufacturing Engineering group as it scales operations to meet long‑term growth targets
- Travel occasionally (minimal, to torque‑monitoring suppliers) as needed for project work
Profile
- Brings strong manufacturing engineering experience with deep specialization in torque‑monitoring systems
- Has a proven track record implementing torque‑monitoring solutions and leading major CapEx projects from concept through commissioning
- Communicates effectively across engineering, operations, and technical teams and can influence cross‑functionally
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment with large, multi‑year modernization initiatives
- Demonstrates technical depth, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver measurable improvements in process reliability and performance
- Works well in a large, specialized engineering group and contributes to a culture of teamwork and accountability
Job Offer
- Base salary range of $130,000 to $170,000, with potential up to $180,000 for highly senior candidates
- Annual bonus target of 10%, historically paid out and tied to both individual and company performance
