Description

Project Coordination & Support
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
- Help manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Attend project meetings and ensure clear communication of goals, timelines, and expectations.

Budget & Cost Tracking
- Monitor project budgets and assist with cost control measures.
- Help prepare and review financial reports, invoices, and purchase orders.

Quality & Compliance Oversight
- Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring work meets company and regulatory standards.
- Assist with site inspections and safety compliance documentation.

Scheduling & Progress Monitoring
- Track project milestones and deadlines using scheduling software.
- Report on project progress and flag potential delays or issues.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
- Identify and help resolve project-related challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide proactive solutions to keep projects on track
