My client is looking for a hard-working project manager to join their team. They are one of the most respected contractors in Milwaukee specializes in multi-family, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Description

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee quality control and compliance with safety standards
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient with project management software and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Job Requirements:

The successful applicant for the Project Manager role will have:

4+ years of construction experience
Bachelor's degree in a construction related area of study
Experience working on $5M+ projects
Motivation to lead and learn
Polished communication skills
Strong analytical thinking skills
