Membership Sales Associate (Temporary Assignment)
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, experienced in outbound sales, and comfortable speaking with high-level decision-makers. This is a critical role in expanding the organization's influential network and deepening its reach within the media, tech, and entertainment sectors.

Our client is a prestigious nonprofit cultural organization.
Description
- Drive new member acquisition by identifying and engaging prospective executives and industry leaders.
- Build a strong pipeline of leads and validate contact information using CRM tools.
- Lead high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Nurture prospects and guide them through the membership process with timely, personalized communication.
- Communicate the value of membership effectively to C-suite prospects and close new business.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through closing, including tracking activity and coordinating follow-ups.
- Support internal coordination, data entry, and other sales-related administrative functions.
Profile
- 3+ years of success in B2B sales, especially in a quota-driven environment.
- Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting experience.
- Confident and polished communicator with the ability to engage senior executives.
- Proficient with CRM systems and detail-oriented in data management.
- Self-starter with strong initiative, time management, and follow-through.
- Familiarity with or interest in media, tech, or entertainment industries is a plus.
