Our client is one of the most established General Contractors in the state. Having maintained a reputable name for years, they have a main focus on excellent company culture. They are looking to grow their construction team due to a rapidly growing pipeline and are looking for a experienced Construction Superintendent to join the team and hit the ground running.

Description

• Supervise and evaluate all assigned personnel.
• Lead the site team throughout the entire project cycle.
• Ensure contract scope is understood by the entire site management team.
• Create and maintain a positive and safe work environment.
• Review and approve both invoices and requisitions to ensure all payments are correct to vendor.
• Administer a Quality Control Plan on site.
• Review and assist in creating scopes of work for each subcontractor.
• Create a baseline production schedule for the project.
• Hold preconstruction meetings with the subcontractors prior to each phase of the project.

Profile

• 8+ years as a construction superintendent in commercial, industrial, or multi-family projects.
• Ability to lead project and manage teams of all sizes.
• Experience running projects from start to finish.
• Proficient with construction software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
