Legal Assistant/Paralegal
The Legal Assistant/Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case preparation to trial. This position involves drafting legal documents, conducting research, managing discovery, and ensuring accurate and timely filings in state, federal, and appellate courts.

Description
- Work side-by-side with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and key client meetings.
- Draft and refine legal documents, discovery demands, and strategic correspondence.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case-critical information.
- Manage complex document production and ensure flawless e-filing across multiple courts.
- Take ownership of administrative and operational tasks that keep the team running seamlessly.
Profile
- Has 4+ years of law firm experience with a strong litigation background.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Skilled communicator with outstanding writing ability and legal acumen.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable with legal research tools.
- Thrives under pressure, prioritizes effectively, and delivers results independently and collaboratively.
