Travel Superintendent - Top 25 ENR Ranked GC
Seeking a highly experienced Travel Superintendent to oversee all field operations on large, high-value commercial projects. This individual will lead jobsite management teams, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure safety, schedule, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved.

Description
Lead on-site construction activities and coordinate all field operations
Supervise and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
Enforce and monitor jobsite safety in compliance with OSHA and company policies
Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure project goals are met
Maintain daily logs, coordinate inspections, and report progress to project management
Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers
Proactively identify and resolve jobsite issues and potential schedule impacts
Uphold quality control standards and ensure construction meets company and industry best practices
Profile
7+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent, with at least 3 years on large-scale projects
Proven experience with industrial, healthcare, airport, stadium, or similarly complex commercial builds
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (nationwide) for extended project assignments
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, scheduling, and QA/QC processes
Proficient in construction software including Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
OSHA 30 Certification required; CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
