Probate Paralegal/Fiduciary Accountant
The Probate Paralegal/Fidutiary Accountant will provide essential legal support focusing on probate and estate administration.This role is seeking a candidate with 3 years of experience as a paralegal or tax fiduciary accounts.

This position is with a long-standing Trusts and Estates firm known for their collaborative teams and high level of service for clients across several offices. This role is onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Description
- Prepare and file probate documents, including petitions, inventories, and accountings.
- Assist with estate administration tasks, such as asset collection, valuation, and distribution.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case progress.
- Coordinate with attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals to ensure seamless case management.
- Maintain accurate and organized client files and legal documentation.
- Research legal and financial matters related to probate and estate planning.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements and filing procedures.
- Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and scheduling meetings.
Profile
A successful Probate Paralegal/Fiduciary Accountant should have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Tax Fiduciary Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of probate and estate administration processes and legal terminology.
- Degree in Business Administrative is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and a client-centric approach.
