MEP Project Manager
Manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Deliver projects that balance technical excellence, safety, and client satisfaction
Serve as the client-facing leader ensuring smooth execution and repeat partnerships

Description
Plan, coordinate, and execute MEP projects including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication with precision
Collaborate with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client requirements
Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track and within scope
Profile
5+ years of experience managing MEP construction projects
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial or industrial environments
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive management style
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred
