Project Manager
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects throughout Westchester County. This role offers the chance to manage a wide range of work-corporate interiors, healthcare, education, and municipal builds-while staying local and working with a collaborative, field-first team.

Description
Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through punch list and closeout
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project goals are met
Oversee bidding, contract negotiation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and critical deadlines are achieved
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and project cost tracking
Lead OAC meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders clearly and professionally
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all project activities
Provide mentorship to Assistant PMs and collaborate closely with Superintendents
Profile
5+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Strong leadership, scheduling, and client communication skills required.
5-10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (ground-up, interiors, or renovations)
Familiarity with Westchester County building codes, permitting processes, and local subcontractor market
Experience working on projects in healthcare, education, corporate interiors, or municipal sectors is a plus
Excellent time management, budgeting, and leadership skills
Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specs
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and related construction software
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
