Superintendent, Multifamily Construction - Cleveland
We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to lead on-site operations for large-scale residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects ranging from $5M to $50M+, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. You'll be the key point of contact on-site, managing subcontractors, schedules, and inspections while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. Client Details

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day site operations from planning through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet project specifications.
- Enforce job site safety standards (OSHA 10 minimum recommended).
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
- Schedule and monitor quality control using checklists and inspections.
- Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress proactively.
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor activities and plan ahead.
- Ensure job site cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Complete punch lists and ensure timely project closeout.
Profile
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of wood-frame construction methods and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Proficient in scheduling and basic computer applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
