Description
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of K‑12 education construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing K‑12 construction projects from award through completion
- Coordinating with owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Overseeing budgets, schedules, and project financial performance
- Leading subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and educational facility standards
- Managing change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders
Profile

- Proven experience as a Project Manager on K‑12 or education construction projects
