Project Manager-Site/Utility

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with a strong background in site development and utility work to join our team. This is a position offering competitive compensation and the opportunity to lead impactful projects across the region.

Client Details

We are family‑owned heavy civil contractor, founded in 1968 specializing in site development, excavation, utilities, paving, and highway projects. They operate a large specialized equipment fleet and hold certifications to perform complex public infrastructure work.

Description

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, with a focus on sitework and utility installation

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely and on-budget delivery

• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project goals

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control

• Handle change orders, RFI's, and project documentation with precision

• Communicate effectively with ownership and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction

• Proven success managing site development and utility projects

• Strong knowledge of sitework processes, underground utilities, drainage, and grading

• Ability to lead teams, resolve issues proactively, and deliver results

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Offer
