Project Manager : Federal Division

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of federal construction experience to oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Description

Oversee multiple federal construction projects from pre-construction to completion.

Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Lead and coordinate subcontractor selection, contract negotiations and procurement.

Work closely with owners, architects, engineers and internal teams to ensure project success.

Monitor project performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement problem-solving strategies.

Provide regular reports, updates and financial forecasts to stakeholders

Profile

5+ years of experience in ground-up FEDERAL construction project management.

A detailed project list showcasing experience in FEDERAL construction (required for all applicants).

A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and financial tracking systems.
