The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale projects within the property industry, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Description

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of property-related projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and project scope to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to the C-Suite and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across projects.
