Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.

• Support the preparation and submission of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and internal teams to ensure project compliance.

• Participate in site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Help in procurement of materials and resources to keep projects on track.

• Provide administrative and technical support to Project Managers as needed.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience building commercial projects
• Experience assisting managing projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication & time-management skills
• Familiarity with Procore and other softwares
