HRIS Technical Lead
The HRIS Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the HRIS systems within the organization. The successful candidate will also contribute to the optimization of HR processes and systems. Must be Workday experienced.

Description
- MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF WORKDAY HRIS EXPERIENCE
- Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including regular system audits.
- Develop and implement new HR processes and systems.
- Collaborate with HR and management to identify system improvements and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to HR and other staff on new processes/systems.
- Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Ensure the HRIS system aligns with HR business objectives and strategy.
- Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and data integration.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.

Profile
A successful HRIS Specialist should have:
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and computer systems.
- Ability to manage and lead projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong training and user support skills.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.
